The upstairs has had a major revamp and is now a tapas lounge, with comfortable leather seating and sofas.

In the evenings we offer a relaxed and warm environment where you can sample local themed tapas. The idea is that you can enjoy a taste of local flavours as a snack or make a meal of it by trying out 2 or 3 dishes each. We also stock over 100 malts as well as offering cocktails. We currently open from 6pm until late. Please note: no work clothes or football colours upstairs please.

We can also arrange special functions such as birthdays and anniversaries and works events such as Christmas Parties. Again, please contact us to arrange any events such as these.

Smoked Salmon Bruschetta

Our meats are selected from local sources and are all identifiable to the farms and fields on which they were reared. Not only does this permit accountability but also to establish a relationship with the farmers who supply us.

Similarly our seafood is supplied by people we knew from our days in the fishing industry - some of the boats can be seen landing at the harbour in the evenings.
